A longer session focused on collecting your training & injury history, a thorough movement screen and hands on coaching through your exercises. You will receive a training plan specific to your needs with videos and explanations.
At a suitable time interval after the initial consult, this session is used to ensure progress is being made and make any adjustments needed to the training plan.

An assessment designed specifically for your sport. It will cover movement, control and strength assessments to make sure your body is prepared for the tasks of the sport. You can expect a hands on training session with coaching in this session. You will then be delivered a training plan to accompany and compliment your current sport training.
